/// THE CHAMPIONS INDEX ///

Who Stands With American Biosecurity

The threat to American biological capacity runs straight through Congress. Every session, members vote on the policies that strengthen the base or wall it off. Most of it happens without a public scorecard.

The Champions Index puts those choices on the record. A clear, sourced ranking of where members of Congress stand, built on votes and positions rather than press releases. The first Index lands this fall.

THE INAUGURAL CLASS

CHAMPION // 119TH CONGRESS

DESIGNATION

Biosecurity Champion

The inaugural Biosecurity Champions are the members of Congress doing the most to defend America's biological capacity. The first class is named when the Index publishes.

WHAT THE INDEX MEASURES

The Moves That Matter

Members are scored against the legislation that builds capacity or blocks it. Allied supply, the domestic base, the workforce, biosecurity funding, and the walls that undercut all four.

The Record, Not the Rhetoric

Built on recorded votes, sponsorship, and stated positions. Every score is sourced and transparent. A member earns a place by what they do, not what they say.

Both Directions

Credit for the policies that strengthen American biosecurity. Marks against the ones that weaken it. The Index reads the threat at home as plainly as the threat abroad.

The first Champions Index publishes this fall. Subscribe to receive it the day it lands.
